👾Greetings earthlings👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, it is a pleasure that you grace our presence once again! 👾

Today we have the latest progeny in a long line of Truffle releases. This one looks to be mainly a maintenance release🔧, and you better bet your space suits that it is chock full o' maintenance!

First off, we do have one stellar enhancement to tell you about. Previously when using the debugger, it had no real way to tell you that it didn't know the value of a variable and would just show it as having the value 0️⃣. We figured it was about time to indicate that, well, Truffle doesn't know what that thing is. And so there you have it, clamoring consensus has caused us to create inCredibly clear indiCations for this exaCt case. Hooray!🎉

So now to the maintenance part; the rest are improvements to the internals of Truffle, bug fixes, and dependency updates.

Now for a few of the noteworthy bug🐛 fixes...the encoder previously wouldn't allow functions as inputs for contracts and functions which is now remedied. Additionally, a bug where the debugger would randomly crash has been fixed. And I don't know whether you noticed, but there was some strange spinner-related output while migrating; we ended up cleaning that up as well!

❗Ah and a quick note, since Node 12 is coming to end of life at the end of the month, we will be dropping support for Node 12 on May 31, 2022. So please prepare accordingly.

The rest of the PRs are a bucketful of dependency updates to try and maintain a sane collection of healthy, modern dependencies. And we have to give a shoutout to @​aymen94, @​Pobepto, and @​bytecurl for their contributions to this release! Super-stoked for the help!
