publish: czconsole v0.3.4

Adds czconsole v0.3.4 to the CardputerZero apt repository.

czconsole is the Cardputer Zero field console — a phone-friendly web dashboard served by the CZ itself, with telemetry, LCD mirror, file browser, and pluggable modules (wardrive/kismet, SDR sweep, HDMI desktop control). Privilege-separated: powerless web worker, files agent, and PAM auth agent.

• Wardrive: recover kismet REST password after czconsole restart so stats resume against an already-running session
• Wardrive: channel hop speed 10/sec, source_retry enabled to handle driver stalls
• Sysinfo: rtw88 in-kernel driver family and out-of-tree sysfs names (rtl88XXau, rtl88x2bu) added to monitor/inject capability detection
• UI: GPS pill clickable on all module pages with full fix/satellite detail modal
