To remove the Vue store, the PSPWizard now saves changes to the MongoDB instead.
It is now possible to delete a Scenario or Stimuli and Responses without the store.

Previously, stimuli and responses were appended instead.
AFter importing a scenario, some fields weren't filled. This comment fixes this.
