Once again, this builds and runs. Send command test to the server on port 8675 to run "deinterlacing functions", exit to exit.

starts to build on deinterlacing by adding a frame buffer, but
9f2535c 
this is where I realize ExposureMode needs better access to
Camera::Interface so this introduces a templated base class
for ExposureMode.
