Pull request overview
Updates the CachyOS “Downloads and Validation” documentation to improve the Windows ISO SHA256 verification instructions (intended to work with older Windows/PowerShell versions).
Changes:
- Simplifies Windows verification steps (no text-editor/manual compare guidance).
- Replaces the manual
certutiloutput comparison with an automated PowerShell-based check and “OK” result text.

AFAIK this should also support as far as Windows 7 PowerShell 2.0. Let me know if this is too narrow or too large scope for the possible new users of CachyOS.
