Several small improvements in docs and error handling

Hello here is a PR that solves 6 issues, happy holidays ❄️ Specifically this

• Closes [general issue] We should not be allowing separation to be supplied #579
• Closes [general issue] Add docs for re-running initC: no BSEDict #711
• Closes Flag PRs for CMC review when a setting is changed #730
• Closes Differences between ini file and BSEDict unclear #733
• Closes bin_state is currently listed as 0 for single stars #734
• Closes Document selecting specific bpp columns #735

In addition to these changes this PR also:

• Changes default qcflag to 5, changes default eddfac to 10 in docs
• Changes default m2_min to None
• Adds a shiny new tutorial about re-running binaries
• Changes some tutorials to avoid the whole "In [xx]:" syntax - we don't need it, this can be automated so you don't have the change the numbers constantly if you just leave it out!
