由于git的lfs限制过多，空间不足，而不采用lfs会导致zip＞100M时无法commit，所以把两个zip包移动到一个固定release中并且删除掉仓库内的。
同时把原和铁的更新资源进行二合一，确保每次生成都会生成两个zip包。
这个release版本号永远不会变（除非改action代码），但是需要同步改一下小派蒙本体那边和cli插件那边的zip资源链接否则会出现无法下载，目前只在我的fork库里面有验证，可以观察观察，也不急，感觉zip包用到的场景也不是很多（
这个pr合并后需要手动执行一次脚本才能完成release
