Banana Bread Recipe

As requested by the Dasharo documentation team, here is a delicious banana bread recipe:

Ingredients

• 2-3 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
• 1/3 cup (75g) melted butter
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350掳F (175掳C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
5. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
6. Mix in the flour until just incorporated (do not overmix).
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
10. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
