Snailiad+ Demo v0.3.2
Second patch for the latest demo, working out some bugs around the new stuff as well as some stubborn little things from 0.2.X that just won't go away. Fingers crossed I got 'em all.

Snailiad+ Demo v0.3.1
Small patch to the last demo release fixing a bug that stopped you from setting a best time in the campaign as Sluggy. Sorry about that!

Snailiad+ Demo v0.3.0
Demo three! Because when you think it's over, it's not
This demo includes:
- The entire base map, plus some new secrets
- All items, bosses, NPCs, entities, etc.
- Hopefully all gameplay options
- Easy and Normal difficulties
- +1 playable character!
- Boss Rush!
- Actually finished controller support!!
That's right! This demo finally includes all of the content that was in Flash! (Except the menu ball... I'll get around to it eventually, I promise).
The maximum possible obtainable achievements has gone up to:
- 16/25 achievements
- 4 possible best times (Snaily and Sluggy on normal and Rush)
- 4/5 gallery images
Just like last time, the debug menu has been left accessible. Press ~ to open it. I actually tweaked the character button to not just work now but actually hide spoilers, so you can use that now if you want to.

Well, that should be it! Assuming all goes well, this should be the final major update before the true release of Snailiad+! I'll make no promises on that... but I'll certainly hope for it.
Snailiad+ Demo v0.2.1
I know I said I wasn't going to patch it under normal circumstances. But this was kinda important lol.
See release version 0.2.0 for the complete rundown of this demo. As for this patch...
- Fixed the health glitch where Helix Fragments were treated as Heart Containers, letting you gain an increased amount of health past what was visibly maximum
- Potentially fixed teleporting across half the map when crossing through a door
- Changed some room names
Snailiad+ Demo v0.2.0
The second, and hopefully last, demo release of Snailiad+
This demo includes
- The entire base map
- All items, bosses, NPCs, entities, etc.
- Hopefully all gameplay options
- Easy and Normal difficulties
However, it is NOT the complete experience. As a demo, this release lacks many of the planned remake features, as well as some features from the original Snailiad (namely Sluggy and boss rush). This demo exists as a piece of the complete package for people to throw themselves at and find bugs in while I add all of the new stuff. As it stands, the demo will last you about 30-60 minutes on a first playthrough if you're not familiar with the map. Longer if you go 100%. Which isn't much, but hey, not the complete experience.
As such, the maximum number of accomplishments you can score as of this release is as follows:
- 13/24 achievements
- only 1 possible best time (Snaily on normal mode)
- 3/5 gallery images
Additionally, as this is a demo release with the potential to break or be broken, I have left the debug menu accessible. You can open it by pressing ~ while in-game. BE ADVISED though that it contains a button intended to swap which character you are playing as, and while those characters do not exist in the game yet, the button icons for them do. So if you don't want to get spoiled on playable characters, don't push that button. Other than that, everything else save for the two buttons at the bottom should be self-explanatory. The bottom two buttons toggle noclip mode and damage multiplier.
While in noclip mode, you can hold the jump button to move around faster, or the shoot button to warp around one whole screen at a time.
Known bugs to look out for:
- Snaily sometimes gets snagged on corners. There should already be a fix in place, but I can't figure out why it's not working. It's not too big a problem though that it should delay the release.
- Select rooms will fail to load if entered weird. Might be a problem with the positions of breakable tiles. Looking into this.
- There is a chance that if you jump into a new profile upon your very first time opening the game, your maximum health will be uncapped, allowing for infinite health gain. This seems inconsistent, and disappears completely when the game is reloaded. I cannot for the life of me figure out what the heck happened here.
- The possibility of being presented with the sub-30 minute clear achievement and end screen despite being well above the time requirement. Again, can't for the life of me figure out what caused this, and it's super inconsistent.
- Controller implementation may not be 100% functional.

- All of Mare Carelia
- All three base weapons, Shell Shield, hearts, and helixes
- Full asset pack support
- Most if not all of the gameplay settings that I hope to have in the final release
