Block Covers
All partially filled blocks in this mod (including Wire Anchors) can be covered with basic blocks to decoratively (or functionally) hide them inside walls or floors.
To cover a device, put the block you want to cover it with in your off-hand and attempt to place it on the device. The orientation of the cover depends on the way you place it. Any solid block that does not have a TileEntity (so no machines) can be used as a cover. This also includes blocks like glass, stairs, slabs and fences.
To remove a cover, hit the block or sneak-right-click it with empty hand. It will always drop as exactly the item you used to place it.
When covered, the device's block will mimic some block properties of its cover. This includes resistance against explosions and boss monsters, light emitted or blocked, solid surfaces and whether plants can grow on it. So you can for example use Sockets covered in Farmland as soil to grow crops on while the socket can interact with the plant:

Sockets have a special placement feature:
If you attempt to place them against a coverable block while having the Socket in your off-hand it will break the block using the tool in your main-hand, place the Socket in place of that block, facing towards the side you clicked on and apply the broken block as cover.
The cover will have exactly the state of the previous block before it was broken, even if it would drop a different item when harvested. However when removing the cover then it will actually drop the item that was previously collected during harvesting.
