Hero section dashboard frontend revamp

Description

Replaced CSS-based Hero shadow animation with Framer Motion to consolidate animation systems and reduce custom CSS complexity.

• Fixes: Hero Section - Dashboard frontend revamp #450

Changes

• Migrated color-shifting shadow animation from CSS keyframes to Framer Motion
• Removed .shadow class and @keyframes shadow-slide from index.css
• Updated Hero components to use motion.div with identical visual effect

@HarshRaj29004 You should revert the latest commit, this is not a code-error per se, but a snapshot error.
Please run npm run npx -- -u to update the snapshots and you'd be good to go
