Clean Up the WebUI

What's New

• rearranged sidebar to no longer use groups and workspaces
• Moved misc features that have not been placed to a dedicated Testing page
• Changed pages from multiple to just: Home, Events, Organizations, Insights, and Profile
• Removed the home page that said "Navigate to CAPY", instead making the dashboard home (this can be changed down the road)
• WebUI is in a good state to scale and navigate
• All completed features are easy to access

What's Next

While I wait for colors and design, I plan to work on

1. Responsive scaling
2. Cypress E2E tests
3. Developer Documentation that defines best practices, conventions, and how to use tooling
4. Other tests for CI
5. Successful contact with an endpoint
