This is a procedure to speed up the start of big runs.
The mybcast.c file should be compiled and linked statically, or if not possible with as little as possible *.so file dependencies.
For the speed of light, one option is to link against MPICH downloaded from the web and configured with
./configure --prefix=/capstor/scratch/cscs/USER/mpich-install --without-cuda
