- settings.py reads CF_* vars for R2 and DB_CONN_STRING for database - render.yaml keys updated to match (CF_ACCESS_KEY_ID, CF_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, CF_BUCKET_NAME, CF_S3_ENDPOINT_URL, CF_S3_CUSTOM_DOMAIN, DB_CONN_STRING) - web-entrypoint.sh skips pg_isready when POSTGRES_HOST is unset (Supabase via DB_CONN_STRING only — avoids infinite hang on Render) - render.yaml: removed Render-managed DB, added preDeployCommand for migrations, set GUNICORN_WORKERS=2 for starter plan RAM budget - docker-compose.yml: add LAN IP to ALLOWED_HOSTS default for phone access - Add PLAN.md production readiness checklist Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
