Welcome to the pdfutils wiki!
The only useful thing PdfUtils does is extract x509 signatures from signed PDFs. A friend was trying to find a way to extract the signatures in Linux and he wanted to do it pragmatically. He had been using a windows only GUI application and I set out to build the tool he needed. This is the result. Contributions welcome.
