Dreamcast OpenMenu - BoC - v1.0.0

I was able to get everything to compile and boot on a model 1 Dreamcast with GDEMU v5.15 so I figured that I'd make a release. This release updates the following:

  • Added VMUPro to the list of gameid compatible devices
  • Added instructions for building in Docker container without VSCode Dev Container

DAT files (covers and meta) and Bleem (PSX emulation) are not included. You will need to track those down yourself.

A tools zip is included but I don't know how they work yet. I will update the wiki as I figure things out.

Tested and working on a real model 1 Dreamcast with GDEMU v5.15.

Please file any issues under in Issues section and I'll see what I can do. I haven't touched C in a long time and I'm doing this for fun so responses and updates will be slow. Also feel free to send over a PR if you fix something.

Big thank you to @sbstnc for getting this to build with instructions. I would have never figured that out on my own. Also thank you @megavolt85 for adding in-game reset and GDEMU SDK updates. Another big thank you to @mrneo240 for creating openMenu.
