This is going to be an initial draft applying some fixes to what I think should be rewritten/organized in the documentation. @naterfute Once I mark this as ready to review later, could you go through it and adjust anything I may have changed that shouldn't be? |

This PR aims to clean up references to Pyro, and the millions of filler words between those references.
