Added support for new OI and competition bot, tuned Cheesy Drive, added a couple of commands for autonomous and a two-ball auto script. So basically, everything we did since the last couple days of build season.

Was the OI hardware changed?

We got the new OI finished and programmed and added the new pistol grip
controller which is SO MUCH BETTER than the old one.
