As promised, here's a
2.0.0release!We can decide if we want to merge this now (with #66) or after I've merged a few more PRs that add new indexes and refactor the pickup query a bit more.(I have a stack that gets us to a state without any full-table scans, but if any of it gets stuck in review I'm happy to merge this PR sooner.)Update: the query optimizations stack has been merged & tested! We should be ready to ship this release soon! 🤞
