docs: GPT Image 2.6 -beta rename and official per-token version - #16

Flare and Sunburst become gpt-image-2.6-flare-beta / -sunburst-beta (same fixed per-image prices and GIF limits). The bare names are the official version billed per token at 90% of list price, with quality and a GIF whose size is honoured (9 frames x 200 ms). billing.md states the -beta naming rule once; the bundled copy matches.
