Adds three independently installable DeepSeek Harness bundles: Social Research (5 native tools), Media Kit (4 native tools), and BeatBrowser (24 namespaced MCP tools from the pinned published runtime). Each bundle includes its own task Skill and bilingual installation instructions.
Paid operations default to pricing previews. Execution requires the current price/input acknowledgement and a stable idempotency key. Media status resumes the original task. Browser ownership and interruption controls are retained.
Validation: 14 offline regressions, existing standalone npm run verify, actual tarball installation with 33 tools and 3 Skills on DSH 0.1.0-rc.6 and 0.2.1-rc.2, live keyless discovery/inspection, and a real Chrome background page-read/finish on both hosts. Adds a two-version CI smoke matrix.
Paid Social Data reads and media generation were not run because no BeatAPI credential was configured in the isolated environment. This PR does not claim marketplace approval. See harness/VALIDATION.md for boundaries.
