Is zend-mime 2.4.* incompatible with this library? Can't find significant changes between 2.1 and 2.4. |

At the point of making this PR ZF 2.4 wasn't released yet - I've reworked the commit to allow all subsequent ZF2 releases. |

There have been more recent ZF releases, which makes this package incompatible with other packages that use more recent ZF components. This change liberalises the allowed versions of zendframework/zend-mime.
