  • Fix outdated/messy copy on a few mechs and items
  • Readd the recoil trait for the IS ER PPC (no mechanical change; trait text was just missing)
  • Reduce AIV (P) scatter radius down to something that fits within the known universe
  • Unblacklist standard clan armor
  • Handheld RAC adjustments
  • Remove explodium from handhelds with no safe firemode (e.g. HH Taser Rifle)
  • Clarify (hopefully) the fluff text on most basic autocannons to be a little less confusing about whether and when they have recoil.

Battle Rifle:
- Ammo: 40 --> 24
- 1x Mode: Now has +1 Accuracy
- Burst Mode:
  - Accuracy: +1 --> +0
  - Shots: 3x --> 2x
  - Recoil: 5 --> 3
- Auto Mode:
  - Shots: 6x --> 4x
  - Recoil: 3 --> 6
  - Jam: 15% --> 25%

Avenger Rifle:
- Damage: 30 --> 35
- Jam Per Shot: 5% --> 4%
…H ER large clan laser. Reduce effects and increase jam chance instead.
… it a little less confusing which ones have recoil, and under what conditions.
