This PR adds two new high-quality agentic skills focused on UX and Design Operations.
Skills Added:
accessibility-skill): A comprehensive framework for WCAG 2.1/2.2 auditing and implementation. Includes ARIA patterns and inclusive UX protocols.handoff-skill): A specialized skill for Senior Product Designers to bridge the gap with engineering using the Figma MPC (Master Properties & Components) framework.Key Features:
SKILL.mdformat with appropriate metadata.references/directory for both skills containing deep-dive documentation (RESOURCES.mdandHANDOFF.md).Testing:
