Well this only works if the analyzer is in the cmssw folder which is not a given thing, but you can merge it if you want I try not to play git gurad

I brought it up because Dale stumbled into an error while trying to run the code. I'll have it do a lookup for the environment variable and fallback to CMSSW_BASE/Analzer if the variable's not set
