Modify the Permute function to adapt the discard of batchsize.
Add some functions to PermuteConnection and SubtractiveResetIFNodes to meet the requirement of extending.
Simplify the process of doing parameter normalization. Now instead of looking for Relu, it searches the linear or convolution layer to do the parameter normalization
