PDFMargin

Three binary versions for your use.

PDFMargin_v1.exe will run an installer. This will add PDFMargin to your registry, programs folder, and ask if you want to add it to start/desktop. This allows for uninstallation with your normal add/remove programs. This seems to be the most reliable method!

PDFMargin.exe is a pyinstaller binary. It will be the slowest to load up, but should work on any Windows computer.
PDFMargin.dist.7z was compiled in C using Nuitka. It should run on your machine. Unzip and run the exe from the folder.

My script will not preserve bookmarks or annotations. If you already have annotations, flatten your PDF first. Otherwise, just be sure not to enable delete.
