- Complete rewrite from Go to Rust - Add keyring-based auth (login/logout/register) with Windows Credential Manager support - Add install, uninstall, publish, permissions, update commands - Add config management with credential storage - Add dependency resolver for mod installation - Add lock file support for reproducible installs - Fix various warnings (lifetime elision, unused variables, dead code) - Update README with new commands and credential manager info
