I feel a separate page about XSEDE and slurm would be ideal. So, please create a separate page and move the slurm material there. If you add a link to the end of the workflow page, then we can find this material and add more (like how to do this on other systems and queue methods). |

This has all the scripts I've used for running the METAL fields through the BEAST on XSEDE. I need to finish the script to copy over the beast output files, and then I'll add it here too.
Question: where would be a good place to put documentation on how to run it all? There's a section in the workflow page that describes
sbatchfiles that I could expand on (though that's already a lot of things on that page), or make a separate page for XSEDE info.https://beast.readthedocs.io/en/latest/workflow.html#using-slurm
