Adapting fix found by @calremmel to updated container
I don't know how Makevars can support multiple OS/arch/environment combinations, e.g.
PKG_LIBSandPKG_CPPFLAGSdiffer inside and outside of Docker on the same OS, and will differ between Linux and Mac...withsed?
