Before going deep into data, I ran operations at DOGGO — a Istanbul-based pet-tech startup.

• Contributed to a $300K investment round through operational data, KPI reports, and growth analyses
• Drove a 65% increase in total demand via process optimization across managed shifts
• Managed a platform generating $150K+ monthly revenue at peak, holding dual roles as Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor
