  • Replace out-of-date HTTP proxy implementation (used only in integration tests) with a 3rd party library
    • The old proxy implementation hit some issue with the android portion of the testing, so I had to replace it
    • This removes around 30 files from the integration tests folder
  • Remove unused android scripts
  • Fix some package naming of android runners
  • Update azure-core, netty, and gradle dependencies

Most of the files changed are from renaming/re-pathing
