Welcome to the Mini_Project wiki!
- Resistor is a passive two-terminal electrical component that implements electrical resistance as a circuit element. In electronic circuits, resistors are used to reduce current flow, adjust signal levels, to divide voltages, bias active elements, and terminate transmission lines, among other uses. High-power resistors that can dissipate many watts of electrical power as heat, may be used as part of motor controls, in power distribution systems, or as test loads for generators.
- It reduces the time that was wasted for calculating the characteristics of a resistor.
- It is simple and quick way of identifying a resistors ohmic value no matter what it's size or condition.
- The user enters the type of the resistor which we need to test either 4 Band or 5 Band.
- Next user enters the color char representing different color bands.
- This returns the Resistance and Tolerance of Resistor.
