What does this PR do?
Allow a user to sign up to the store manager application
Description of Task to be completed?
The following endpoint should be working
POST /storemanager/api/v1/auth/signup
How should this be manually tested?
After cloning the repo, cd into it and run flask run after exporting the FLASK_APP
using postman test the endpoint by navigating to the above url in the local host server
