+Even though I have accessed these notes and studied from them. I have spent a great time on going through these lecture notes and trying to understand topics and what is saying in there. TBF, some notes I have skimmed, because I thought they were interesting, but I dont know fully about them.

+The copyright and licenses of editing and distributing goes to respective owners/ who wrote these notes. I could remove title pages or hide respective writers of these notes, but that would be a bit disrespectful. I hope you would use these notes in a good health.
