What's new:

• The procPhotos2 function now outputs substrate photos at the time of collection AND during isolation (if available). Also, the naming conventions are updated to facilitate uploading photos to CaeNDR's google bucket.
• We added two new flags to the checkJoin function. The flag_collection_lat_long_method_diff_extreme variable is set to TRUE for collections with a difference in location methods > 500 meters. The flag_unusual_isolation_photo_num' variable is set to TRUE` for collections with 0, or more than 1 isolation photo. By default we select a single isolation photo.
