This PR hardens LLM configuration (OpenRouter and OpenAI), adds optional Langfuse tracing for the API, removes the frontend mock layer so the UI always talks to the real backend, cleans up the repo root (duplicate npm lockfile), expands .env.example, and applies small Next.js / Docker Compose fixes. The Apply flow is updated to support base-resume selection and upload with clearer copy and behavior.
