Added a new entry under a new section "Cloud Native Playgrounds" in the README.md for the Meshery Cloud Native Playground.
Why
The Alliedium/awesome-devops repository currently does not list the Meshery Cloud Native Playground, which allows users to try out service mesh features directly in their browser without installation. Adding this resource will help users discover a valuable cloud native tool for hands-on experimentation.
