The radio button control panel (`#learningSelectionPanel`) now automatically closes on narrow screens (less than 768px wide) to avoid obscuring the page content. On wider screens, it remains open by default. This is achieved by: - A new `handleLearningPanelVisibility` function that toggles the `open` attribute of the `<details>` element based on `window.innerWidth`. - Calling this function on initial page load and on window resize to ensure the panel's state is always correct.
