Romanizer Tilde Conversion #192

This commit enhances the Romanizer tool by automatically converting the full-width tilde character (～) to its half-width equivalent (~). This is achieved by adding a new mapping to the `punctuationMap` in the `normalizePunctuation` function within `js/romanizer.js`. This ensures that the conversion is applied consistently wherever punctuation is normalized, improving the user experience and data consistency for both display and copy-to-clipboard actions. Additionally, `server.log` has been added to `.gitignore` to prevent accidental commits of server log files in the future.
