Now supports both x86 and x64 - re-release

I fixed the x64 math, and also tuned the wording and output formatting.
No other changes.

You still need MS C++ 2022 (14.0) runtime installed:

• x64 https://aka.ms/vc14/vc_redist.x64.exe

This is re-release, the previous one was debug version zipped mistakenly.

Then you can e.g. have a shortcut to remove all the unnecessary layouts.
