Summary
Add noctalia-qs at v0.0.8, a fork of Quickshell providing a flexible toolkit for building desktop shells with QtQuick for Wayland and X11. This package is required as a dependency for noctalia-shell.
Test Plan
Built and installed locally on AerynOS with Niri compositor. Verified that noctalia-shell launches correctly.
