[codex] Add React Capacitor navigation registry

Summary

• Add a shadcn registry item for a React + Capacitor navigation shell powered by @capgo/capacitor-transitions.
• Include the app shell, router, example pages, header, bottom tab bar, safe-area CSS injection, and viewport-fit=cover setup.
• Update the transitions documentation to mention the Capstart registry install path and align package naming with @capgo/capacitor-transitions.

Notes

• Bottom tab navigation uses root navigation without animation.
• Safe-area support is kept minimal and relies on Capacitor 8/SystemBars CSS variables with env() fallback.

Validation

• npx shadcn@latest registry validate registry.json passed before the latest docs-only commit.
• Local docs typecheck could not be run because fumadocs-mdx was unavailable in the local docs install.
