Issue #24.
I took an initial cut at updating the include/exclude character filter boxes to use Select2 for multi-select dropdowns. It adds the django-select2 package and includes an extra stylesheet link to format its dropdowns for Bootstrap 4.
I am not a web dev, just a dabbler in Django, so feel free to modify this as needed.
