This pull request builds on PR #1004 by downgrading a few logging statements related to Sharrow. Testing with the
prototype_mtcexample suggests that these changes will reduce the logfile size by about half. There are further repetitive logging statements within the Sharrow package that are addressed in an accompanying pull request in that repository.
