Bumped Visium workflow version to
1.0.1.Changes had to be made to the
cohort_analysispart of the workflow because of smaller datasets (e.g., adjusting # of components for PCA, and filtering theadata.uns['spatial']to matchadata.obssamples).Removed
check_hdf5forintegrate_datasubworkflow because it's used in both GeoMx and Visium workflows, and it compares the dimensions which will be incorrect.Dependencies (Issues/PRs)
