Fix DOD being used for unit tests#26

Update dod_version docstring to match the actual default of '1.0'.
Fix unit tests to use the correct output platform ('radclss') and
level ('c0') instead of stale 'csapr2radclss'/'c2' values.

The DOD being used for the unit tests is out of date. This fixes that.
