A repository for the scripts used for [insert Title and DOI]
Below we give a brief description of the scripts contained within the Scripts folder:
generate wulff constructions -Generate Wulff constructs for experiments. The 4DSTEM_loop will add vacuum to the construct.
abTEM_4DSTEM_loop - Generate the normalised 4DSTEM data automatically
abTEM_ePIE -Run ePIE experiments for the data
Pyxem_LD_VDF -Run Pyxem NMF and SVD on 4DSTEM data
open_Pyxem_results -Open the HDF5 containing the linear decomposition by Pyxem
open_ePIE_results -Open the HDF5 containing the ePIE by abTEM
We have not provided a requirements.txt file, so be careful when running these scripts as module versions are subject to change. We will update this repository with a requirements.txt file and a usage guide when we have time. In the meantime, the abTEM and pyxem sites should have descriptive usage guides.
