Install cmake files to lib/cmake/${PROJECT_NAME}

• Install cmake files to lib/cmake/${PROJECT_NAME}. Similar to what was done in Install the cmake files to lib/cmake/<PACKAGE_NAME> iLCSoft/iLCUtil#36 and Use a relative path for DESTINATION when installing files iLCSoft/iLCUtil#41. This is needed to make this package work with views in LCGCMake.

Can someone @tmadlener, @andresailer, @gaede approve this and the other 2 pull requests and make a new tag? This package doesn't work well in the LCG stacks. I have built aidaTT and other packages that depend on it with all the open PRs.
