[codex] Clean inference pilot compatibility topology

Summary

• rename the active local-trials compatibility module to trial_compatibility_bridge.py
• move the LangGraph pilot dependency manifest into the LangGraph part home
• update inference-pilot docs, decisions, tests, and validator guards so old active names cannot drift back
